Turner HVAC & Refrigeration was built on over a decade of hands-on experience across residential, commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration environments. Our business combines the professionalism and standards expected on large commercial contracts with the personalised service and accountability of a locally owned company.

Founder Harleigh Turner began his career working within the Sydney Airport portfolio, gaining extensive experience servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial air conditioning, mechanical ventilation and refrigeration systems. Working in one of Australia's busiest operational environments developed a strong focus on reliability, technical problem-solving and delivering quality workmanship where downtime simply wasn't an option.

Throughout his career, Harleigh has worked closely with technicians, management teams and clients across major commercial facilities, developing a broad understanding of every stage of service delivery. From coordinating time-critical breakdowns and preventative maintenance programs to supporting large-scale asset management and operational planning, this experience has shaped the systems and values that Turner HVAC & Refrigeration is built on today.

Having worked in leadership and management roles across large commercial maintenance contracts, Harleigh gained firsthand experience implementing preventative maintenance strategies, maintaining strict service standards and delivering work in line with demanding KPIs and service level agreements. These experiences reinforced the importance of communication, accountability and doing the job properly the first time.

Today, Turner HVAC & Refrigeration brings those same standards to every customer, whether it's a residential split system installation, a commercial HVAC maintenance program or an emergency refrigeration breakdown. While our business may be local, our approach reflects the professionalism, attention to detail and structured service delivery typically expected from much larger organisations.
